My son views the world differently after Camp Invention and feels like he is able to create things, change things and

make the world a better place.

Daisey B., Southlake, Texas

My daughter has been coming up with great ideas at home, using items we already have to create things to help us in our everyday lives. Camp Invention not only

helped her confidence

but also made her much more excited for learning about science and technology!

Trishelle G., Spring Hill, Kansas

My son is hesitant to try new things. When I picked my son up from his first afternoon of Camp Invention and asked how it went, he replied

‘It was amazing!’

Charity S., Marietta, Georgia

My daughter loves science and math, but there are only a few programs that encourage girls in STEM. She has come home from Camp Invention wanting to repurpose and explore how everything works.

Thank you for encouraging her in STEM.

Nikki W., Merrimack, New Hampshire

I am very thankful for the scholarships that we received for Camp Invention. Without the scholarships, my son may not have been able to attend the past two years. I could not imagine him not being able to go to Camp Invention because it is a great place to boost his confidence and

make science come to life.

Nicole S., Bay City, Michigan

My daughter was able to continue to

build strong relationship

with her friends and teachers while learning in a safe and fun environment. She received a scholarship, which was the ultimate deciding factor in her attending Camp Invention this year.

Brandi S., Washington, Iowa

Both of my boys have been able to attend Camp Invention through a scholarship program for two years now. Without this help, children in this area

children in this area would not be able to attend.

The boys love inventing and coming up with ideas for different projects.

See how NIHF responded
to Hurricane Florence

when hurrincane florence made landfall in north carolina

on Sept. 14, 2018, many schools across the state were deeply affected - including nine schools that had partnered with NIHF and camp invention for serveral years.

As families were displaced from their homes and schools sustained significant damage, many students missed more than 20 days of school.

The team at the National Inventors Hall of Fame came together to raise funds and collect school supplies for those in need.

Our team provided supplies for nine schools, as well as funds for seven of those schools.
